One of the differences between a credit union and bank is; as a member of the credit union you own a share of the place! Since you own a share, instead of being called a checking account, credit unions use the term Commercial Share Draft Account (Business Checking).

Just like a check but only easier! When you use your debit card the money will be automatically deducted from your checking account.
