Kris Stephany and Peggi Jankowski, earn America's Credit Union Certified Credit Union Financial Counselors designations 

Kris Stephany and Peggi Jankowski have achieved the Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFU) designation through the Financial Counseling Certification Program (FiCEP), which provides credit union employees the skills and knowledge to guide members to sound financial decisions.

The Financial Counseling Certification Program is a 20-hour training course that includes live webinars, an online classroom, reading resources, and examination from America’s Credit Union.

The Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) designation requires recertification every three years to ensure knowledge in financial counseling remains up to date.

Kris holds the position of Member Solutions Support Center Supervisor; in this role she is also responsible for collections.   She has been serving the credit union’s members for nine years. 

Peggi holds the position of Member Relations Specialist in the New Holstein office. She has been serving the credit union’s members for two years.
